For the year 2010, We have 79 Devotees registered to go together to celebrate Guru Poorinama-(Wesak Day) with our Swami. It was a challenge and we face it bravely and happily.. Words of thanks to our working committee who have given their precious time, energy etc to make this trip a memorable one. Special thanks to Bro. Camon and Sis Shirley and the Kitchen Committee and all those who have help to make this trip successful.

2010年 4 月10日, 晴朗的週末。
懷著一顆感恩的心參與東甲賽峇峇贊頌小組活動。

東甲賽峇峇贊頌小組購買了400棵樹苗, 聯合東甲市議會進行植樹活動.

由於人類不斷的焚化、砍伐, 大氣層受到破壞, 造成氣候受到變化,我們生活在越來越熱的地球. 植樹活動不但能造福人群, 同時也能喚醒人們對環境保護的醒覺。

從麻坡工業區, 吉雙,武吉甘蜜, 一直到東甲工業區, 前後共植了約400棵樹苗, 東甲賽峇峇贊頌小組一行15人,在市議會的協助下, 親手把一棵棵小樹種下去, 我們期待這些小樹能茁壯成長, 為地球供貢獻一份力量。

在植樹活動的當天, 東甲賽峇峇贊頌小組也進行移交鑰匙儀式。這個活動來自柔佛州賽理事會, 協助東甲區一戶原住民的建屋計劃,由東甲賽峇峇贊頌小組協辦。

該戶原住民一家7口住在一間搖搖欲墜的屋子, 男主人33歲, 為油棕工人,月入300元, 太太照顧5名年齡介于9個月至9歲的孩子.

望著那間不成形的小屋, 看到一群赤腳的小朋友, 我感覺很欣慰, 東甲賽峇峇贊頌小組終於為這個家庭建立了一個 “家” !

或許有些人會問 : 那麼年輕的爸爸, 四肢健全, 為什麼會在這麼差的環境下生活? 是懶惰嗎 ? 是酒鬼嗎 ? 還是 … ???

本著一顆助人的心, 不論是什麼原因, 望著這群可愛的小朋友,我相信我們做對了,結合大眾的力量, 讓這個家庭,這群孩子們有瓦遮頭,擁有一個家, 能夠健康快樂的成長 !

感謝賽世尊的引導, 讓們有這個機會為環境, 為社會貢獻一份力量 ! SAIRAM !

At last the house have been completed. We have contacted Bro Govind and Bro. Hanish
to inform them of the same and they would arrange for a date to have a simple ceremony to hand over the keys to the happy family

Construction under progress 30-03-2010

Internal plastering have been completed and the third rooms done. The external walls are also plastered. Now it is only left with the doors and Naco windows and we expect the whole job to be completed within 1 week.

Internal plastering have been completed but progress is still slow... The contracter Tata promised us to try to complete the work in the 1st week of April 2010

Bro Ng and Bro Albert visited the site today. It seem the progress have slowed down due to the fact Tata is working alone. We will try to ask him to hasten the work.

Today 5 of us attended the 1st Choir Practise held in Seputih Bhajan Unit.. more will attend in the next session which will be held every Sunday.
